Sorry, I must not have been very clear with my post.
What I meant to say was unions are only needed, wanted, desired, sought out, and considered by lazy employees. No efficient employee needs big brother because if he's treated improperly he (and Mr. Bossman) know his skills are very much sought by others. The lazy bastard though......
