60/40 Pay to Sub no truck/tools/insur. Fair?

I would like to get your opinion as to what a lineman and or splicer working out of your truck should expect to get paid using my truck/tools/insurance, cash advances for food, cigarettes, gas,paying for hotel up front (payroll deduction) 21 days out.
