60/40 sounds about right but if pay is cheap then its hard for them to make it. or your lacking parts or what ever, But for you to profit that's about right that crap is costly, along with break downs, broking and lost tools, so F**king, Just keep them running so they can make good money and someone said they always bitch, People do you just got to shake it off at the end of the day so it don't ruin your life too
