I own a firm that does Subcontracting for Dish Network and their new policy is killing us. If they send another sub (which they do on purpose) out to a Trouble call that we completed within 90 days they charge us back 2 1/2 times what we were paid. It does not matter why someone goes out for the 2nd trip. I have been charged back for Customers getting new TVs, home improvements and equipment failures unrelated to what we did "CORRECTLY" every week. What they are doing is no different then me owning a car repair shop and a customer pays me $100 to fix their brakes and then 85 days later the customer's AC fails and he takes it elsewhere but he is able to charge me back $250! What could I have done differently?
