Re: Charge backs?

That is one of the main reasons I didn't get a contract with them myself. It is a joke to get charged back for things you have no control over, and through no fault of your own. I said it's a joke, but of course, it's not funny. It is too bad about the problems in Satellite now because I'd much rather do sat. than cable. Still will sub now and then, though.
