The company i work for contracting Dish used to have a 90 day policy now they want to charge us back for anything up to a year.. Meaning if i go on a trouble call to fix something i have to guarantee it to work for a year. Same with upgrades. I can understand new installs but trouble calls and upgrades i don't. And i do agree fix it right the first time, but when you have a customer who hits the dish or kids that hit it or even (not so bright) customers that can't use the remote or turn their tv2 on the wrong channel on a dual tunner install then that's not understandable..
