I cringe when I hear a "tech" on an HSO install call in to their supervisor and ask how do they open internet explorer on a brand new PC with Win XP as the OS.

How about when you call tier 2 (HSD Tech Support) because you do not see ANY network\IP address at all in there computer and all the network devices are bridged.
I thought about it and unbridged the network card and walla it reaccquired an IP and worked.
You would think that a person with an I\T degree would know that.
Showed no IP at all...NONE. First time I`ve ever ran into that one.
