Question for you Gal. You once stated that your techs made 1000/wk working 6 days as contractors. You said this was a damn good wage.
If a service rep makes $1000/wk working 5 days as an employee with 100% company paid medical (the good kind with onlya $20 co pay), a pension, OT, company paid tuition, 2 weeks paid vacation, 4 Excused worked days paid, and 1 EWD not paid, and no expenses of a contractor, what does make the service rep. It seems by your standards the service rep is rich.
Now here comes the part thats going to crack me up. You will somehow say a person working 6 days making $1000/wk with contractor expences is still better than the service rep. THe only reason you will say this is because the service rep is union.
