sorry if it seemed that way. I just had all i want to take.
but seriousely, what can companies, that start out no matter how big or small, do to compensate for these sort of technicians.
i mean honestly, if we amend a contract to protect ourselves, then we are a bunch of no gooders. and if we bend over to help techs out, we get screwed.
I know mine is not the first, And probably won't be the last. But, i at least understand why some companies act the way they do.
