WHats up Sumait, I didnt know you went to the other side, LOL. The thing about the other side is that when you run a business you take on RISK. The companies in this industry many times illegaly lower their risk by calling their installers contractors and making them sign these ridiculous, and sometimes non-valid, one sided contracts. Theres no way to get around having risk when you are a company. Thats whats supposed to be the difference between employees and contractors.
Im not one who wishes installer unions had all the power. IMO when any 1 side has too much power and only that 1 sides interest are being taken into consideration, bad things will happen. Workers and companies need each other. Balance is what I like to see. But theres no balance in the world that can take the risk out of being in business as a corporation.
