Well trey, to tell the truth, they wouldn't have to try so hard if not for the crap they endure with some of these techs. That have the right to bitch.
i am so sick and tired of these self rightouse,mamby pamby, crybabey, sissy pants wearing techs, who claim "I'm the greatest thing since sliced bread". then can't follow procedure of even comprehend their contract.
half assing the job, jumping ship then cry when they are held to their word.
and i know i'm not the only owner who feels this way.
techs like these cost us money. money that we can't afford to be loosing.what about those guy's trey?
show me how i can compensate for that.
ya give a good wage, have drop provided,hotels, perdium, covering insurance because they have none.then get **** on.
So what do ya do trey. hold them to the penalty part of their contract? then your the bad guy.
maybe you need to walk on the other side of the fence trey.
find out what it's like to provide for people who don't give a **** about you or your company. have checks bounce to you from other companies and still pay your guy's. then come and tell me how ****ty the suites are treating everyone.
