I will look at the union paper tomorrow. Again you state however " the cable tech is paid much lower then other telco guys". Where do you get that from? When you say that you must have proof at your finger tips.
I would like to see you come up with what the union shop pays for the reco and disco guys compared to the non union shop in the same city. Make it easy on yourself and start in your own town with the comparison.
For your own good dont show people a union artical that really shows nothing.... just talk apples to apples and pay checks to pay checks.
(the telco guys coming to work for me, I called the shop they worked for and they had great reviews. In fact they stated they were sorry to see them go however the ops manager's hand were tied on what he could pay.)
