If you got fired for trying to organize your organization was all wrong and the rep didnt know what he was doing . Its against the law to fire some one on those grounds . the organization Lets use the name Ironwoofd would be lined up in court and it would not be to there advantage to fire any one Its called intimedation and they would loose the court cost would not justify your firing now no matter what the name on the company .
