Well a modern headend should have at least 60 dB C/N and better.
Questions:
1- Are you using a bandpass filter to do your C/N, you should.
2- I believe your SDA cannot measure better than 51 or 52 dB C/N.
3- I would be surprised if a combiner would add to your C/N.
4- Do you have any amplifier with this combining.
