Thanks everyone. I just didnt have the correct signal level for the test. Too low. I found the Analyzer has a pre amp so I amped +20db and now I am averaging 58 to 62 db c/n.
Simple math would have told me I was too low for the test but I had my head in the clouds. Thanks for all the help.
But I do have a question regarding the band pass filter. Why use it?
