HAH!! You don't know Sheriff Joe!!! Ever here of tent city? Ever hear of prisoners in stipes with pink underware? Ever here of first offenders sweeping streets and pickin' up debris off the streets in a chain gang? Sherriff Joe's got the right idea and guess what, the sherriff is actually the only law enforcement elected BY ^THE PEOPLE!!!!!!! As far as i know anywhere in the country! Go, Sherriff Joe!!!!
