Yep I have heard of sheriff Joe and his methods, but that still doesn't mean the taxpayers aren't having to or will not have to foot the bill for the search, capture and upkeep of all these illegals if they are suddenly classified as "felons". Putting them in jail or prision will only succeed in further overcrowding an already stressed system and cost every legal resident of this country more in taxes. I'm just saying there has to be a better way than further criminalization. Our legislators love to criminalize things without first taking a good look at how much it will cost us in the end and whether criminalizing something will truely discourage others from committing an offense.
