exactly!!!!!!!!!!!!!Its is time to go,installers are always treated like dirt.If a union can help then we need a union,Now and 20 years ago.There is nothing great or special or being a lineman or ladder jockey.The turn over rate in unbelievable.The people that are stealing money from the worker,want to keep it just the way it is.I have known and have many friends in the cable industry,I have seen their homes and the way they live.I have seen the way they look at life and wish there was a better way.I know they dread the next day and wish to god that something would or could change.Installers are treated like throw away garbage,when they first started as a rookie and 20 years later when they are still considered a rookie and garbage.Something has to change!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.Union, whocares Something has to help the hard working low selfasteam, over---
