I have a drug charge but have not been convicted and probably wont be.I have contracted for some top companies but once they find out about it they tell me some sorry excuse to why they can't keep me.I have been out of work for a month now and can't get a job because my background has a charge not a conviction.It is the mso's descretion whether to hire me or not.
