that should not be on there. it is like u said its a charge not a conviction. there are two sets of transcripts. 1) for the state .........2) for the inquiries i would talk to a lawyer and get it straight...its like your driving abstract....if you are given supervision it will only show up on court related cases and not insurance or background requests
