That all sounds rosy but why resign or is it because of the constant turnover that exists in this region.
Since 2002 I've seen or heard of Figure 8, PCSI, Beacon Comm., Orius, CableTel and that's just the one's that I do recall hearing about. I know there are a couple of more. I recall explicitly when both Figure 8 and Beacon pulled out, liquidated, moved the assets, got paid from TWC, and $%^&'d all their subs. TWC and their ppl stood from the sidelines and just allowed it all to happen each time.
If you like promises of payment but never seeing it happen then the weather's nice and waiting. Maybe one day it will all change and then again not. It is sad because the local TWC does have some very easy to get along with and work with people.
I also recall a time when TWC in the area had contractors that had been around for 7 yrs, 12 yrs, and even 15+ years. But that was during a time when cooler heads prevailed and the stinch of kickbacks were not around. Not to say that they exist...lol
