change is inevitable,
the question isn't weather or not there will be change, the question is to what degree of change will there be. and to who's benefit.
you complain that you get 1000 a week for 1800 worth of work. but by who's standard? in your opinion you did 1800 worth but to some one else of the same caliber they might say otherwise.
so there is not an easey out for any of us.you believe in unions be helpfull, but then again it doesn't help the contractor.
everyone wants change.every one needs change.
and you are correct it takes action, but what action can contractors take?
