Why do you feel the only option will be to drop the rates. Do you not feel your skills should have more value when all the rules are followed?? You seem to think that its impossible for your skills to be worth something if the rules are followed. C'mon man, youve got to be kidding me.

You say you made over 400 on a staurday, great.....For a represented MSO employee making 25/hr that would be 14hrs at OT . $37.50x14=$525 no expenses. Just something to think about. How do you think they feel when they here youre doing the same for $450 and you cover your own supplies.
