overtime on piece rate will only serve to drop prices so that you'll be lucky to make the same check for the same week. if you don't like the prices, go somewhere else, if you don't want to move, do something else. employee installers of the mso make about $400/wk. i made more than that saturday even though it took 14 hours. all things considered i'm not going to bitch about OT. just something to think about.
