Have you every owned a company? Do you truely know both sides of debate?
I dont believe anyone is jumping down the originator of this conversation. In reading back it looked as though both sides were giving input. If you read through it the only time any response got heated was when dealing with you.
Ignore the top question... I already know what you will say... "yes... And I did it right and ....."
There are points on both sides here. Companies that dont pay... You need to get out of there...
