Bonus money that is a regular part of the days pay is liable for OT. Any type of production bonus money needs to be factored into Ot . Production bonus money is just bonusing a tech to get him whole on his pay. If he works more then 40 hrs then it needs to be factored into OT. There are different laws that c over waitresses. You cant pay a tech minimum wage adn Ot on that wage and bonus him his production .
