All hrs are taken out of the Daily Production (Not Production Bonus). There is no Production Bonus until Hours are figured. Then its just like a waitress that claims her tips. she makes 2.15an hr plus tips. Tips draw her up to minimum Wage and then anything after that would be TIP, (Production Bonus, is a Tip So to speak)... Bonus has nothing to do with OT. Its what you get after covering your Hours all of them OT and Regular hrs With production pay. Everything left over is the Bonus. Which is still taxable. Your hrs are taken care of at minimum wage and OT Rates.
