Your figures are right BUT bonus money if part of regular pay is still subject to OT. You ca not use bonus money to make up teh pay differnce. The only time bonus money is exempt is if it something that is not earned on a regular basis. You are using bonus money to make up for the differnece in pay . That daily bonus money could be subject to OT rules.
