Humm, I dunno bout all that. Guess Id have to look more into the Law. as far as paying them Minimum Sure ya Can and do OT on that. Like I said before though, There is no Bonus until the Hrs are Covered. A bonus isnt subject to Over time though, It is a Bonus. Just like Working 60 hrs at any other Job and making a Bonus for "Dedication" you dont have to Time and Half the Bonus its a Reward not Hrly Pay. Who knows I guess this conversation could go on for a while no worries to me though. I do 1099 work Myself and doubt i could ever hit "OT" working 4 hrs a Day. any who, yall have a good one, ~ wiLL
