I know its a hoop dream, but she asked what could they do. The thing that wigs me out is how the pay drops, but the suits cant understand why they cant find techs. You cant have it both ways. You cant have a workforce who takes pay cuts constantly, and dont complain, but then expect the same quality. Thats a hoop dream also. I mean we're unique bunch, but we aint crazy. Its simple. The pay goes down, the quality will suffer. I think the main reason you cant find techs is because the pay cuts you agree to run them out the business.
