You are absolutely right on that and I`ve seen it being an X greasemonkey. Just look at the Mechanic jobs. The Auto industry had been crying for years that theres a shortage of over 100,000 mechanics nationwide. Funny how like this the rate goes up but the pay goes DOWN. After 15 years of being beat up by the media as rip off artist, alot have (a) retired or gotten out of the biz and most kids today see it as a dead end thing.
Same thing is happening here so what comes around goes around. Funny how all this so called communications which is so big now a days is so under valued by those that accually provide it (the techs not the suits).
