Its DirecTv and Dish Network doing and promising anything to get a new customer. Thats why HSP's set the pricing for custom work, to get as many customers as they can. DTV and DN dont care about the installer just so long as they get the customer. Refusing the job wont help things either because there is always someone out there hungry enough to pick up the slack. Thats the way things are and we just have to suck it up and deal with it or find another career. Either that or somehow manage to get ALL installers to work for a certain minimum.
