The Industry

Is it just me or does it seem that the entire Cable/Satellite industry has gone down hill? The pricing and work load is dropping, and it is getting harder and harder to find a reliable company to pull work from. Retailers are now telling customers what you will charge for custom work. I used to set my own prices, now I'm being under cut and have to bend or lose that job. What is going on? It's allowing to many hacks to surface and generating a lot of service calls. Someone please offer some useful input
