Touché.....but I still think the same goals could be accomplished differently. The whole union thing is a very extreme measure in my opinion. It is an uncomfortable circumstance. And based on my experience as a union worker, the union serves little if any purpose. I just wanted to level the playing field through sharing a different perspective.
By family atmosphere, I mean people who feel comfortable with their situation enough to be able to communicate and trust in each other. You are right that those people wont try to go union Unions occur the same as people who cut off their arm to escape death ...they live to see tomorrow but the luxury of having two arms is gone forever and you can never grow another. Once you cross the line to gain what you think is right, you can never come back and be received the same way.
