Im quite sure you have a different way. But ask yourself, after you get pass all the nice wording of your way, after you get down to the base of your way, ultimately managments decision is final. No neutral 3rd partys. Companys decision is final, which puts us back at square 1.
Just like the company has real bargainng power, workers need real bargaining power. Without it all you have is a bunch of crap camoflouged with nice pretty sound words and useless meetings. Because when its all said and done the voice of the worker means nothing.
