I always see the anti union guys claiming that the union harbors slackers, but then they drop pay rates, and load them up with more and more responsibilities, then complain when the good techs leave and the whole company is 3 week old techs, and hackers!
Then they say the quality of installs is dropping... Well, you get what you pay for.
Maybe if a union could come in and see the profit margins of the company, and pay the techs a fair rate accordingly, then maybe you might get some of the good techs back and get those numbers back up.
I agree about only the HSP techs opinions mattering, everyone else's opinion doesn't matter, time to poll the HSP techs and see what they say about organizing.
