My point exactly! This is what I have been saying. The HSP managers have their own fourm to express their opinions, it's called tech meetings, the unions have their own forums as well, called union meetings. The contractors can't be covered by the union so they don't need a forum for this subject. The techs need to talk it over amongst themselves to see where they stand. All I have been saying is that the managers & contractors (an unions as well) need to back off and let the techs and only the techs debate the issue and express their opinions. Problem is everytime a union thread gets started you have managers and contractors pop up claiming to be techs and trying to muddy the waters with their misinformation.
