(1) There may not be enough info in the response. Here is a response I got, "I have 13 years experience. Give me the company name and let's get started."
(2) No contact info left. When you reply to an ad you should leave as much info about yourself/company as possible including a email address.
(3) If your cabl username is something like "digital porno star," don't expect a response.
(4) Sometimes small companies get contracts with promises of heavy workloads. So, the small company places an ad here on the bar. If the work comes in then it can get passed on the the sub, if not, you know all to well.
