Need help with amp problem

Hi all,
I am hopeing someone can help me with this. On one of my legs that has Jerrold Starline SJ450 amps I am haveing an intermittant problem. What is happening is the signal out of the station will rapidly fluctuate up and down 10dB or more. When viewed on my Wavetek stealth meter the scan looks like a rollercoaster. I tried changeing the trunk module and the power supply and both times the problem came back. I only have 45 volts on the line here but further down (power and rf wise) I have terminating trunk with 43 volts that works fine. I shifted two amps on another leg to a neighboring power supply to relieve the load on this power district and that didn't help either. Any one have any ideas what's going on?
Thanks in advance,
Chad
