rupe doesn't want this on his plate.if he did he would have done so already.he doesn't want the hassles of cry baby techs and hack techs falling in his lap.thats too much responsability.
and heres why.
if there is a problem with labor at an HSP he can get a new one. if he buys them out, now he's responsable not the HSP. follow me?
DTV wouldn't be able to point fingers.
and the investments and costs wouldn't be worth the responsabilities.
