Lame? I'll tell you whats "lame" is, your idea that D* wants to keep cry baby techs & hacks around so they have scapgoats to blame problems on. D* wants to eliminate the problems not hang on to them! What have you been smokin' man? D* brought the techs in Europe inhouse and they did the same with the call centers here in the US. What better way to weed out the cry baby techs & hacks than for D* to bring the install department inhouse and manage it themselves? D* cleaned house in Europe and in the US call centers. They have been working to eliminate the problems they had with the contractors in both venues. What make you think they haven't got their sights set on doing the same with the US installs?
