Honestly, to me the pay thing is the most obvious display of abuse but by far not the only one. Its just the way installers are treated. Everything about the job has increased, but the pay. Then not to mention how NOBODY seems to care when we dont get our money. Then there are things like the one guy posted about broken promises. These people tell you 1 thing and do another. In his case the issue was scheduling. How can a person have a life if there work schedule changes without any notice. Especially, when they have agreed to one.
Bad things can and will happen in the workplace. These thing can cause a need for change. But these changes could be done in a way that has a minimal effect on installers. But because we have no voice, it doesnt. We are stuck with the take it or leave it attitude.
