I agree....and don't mean to offend you, I am just keeping it real, but please don't spit on my suit, you guys have no idea how hard the "suits" of the world fight for the fair treatment of everyone behind the closed door of the board room. Do you know why? Because if we did not, we would have no one to do the work, and would go out of business, maybe that sounds callus, but it is the nature of the beast or "suit" as you call them. Truthfully, we all have little choice in the outcome of our revenues, the contracts are non-negotiable, you either want the work or not...period, and that goes for all of us... suit wearing, or otherwise. If you think we don't feel the charge backs in our pockets, that is also a false assumption, we are fronting the money for the projects to begin with and praying that everyone on the team wants to do as well as we do . All I ask is that you show up with your "A" game everyday, the rest seems to come to those who do all on its own...trust me.
