I have worked inhouse for an HSP, and I have witnessed first hand at how the suits can belittle good techs and push the into a corner. I have seen good techs leave to pursue other fields of work, I myself chose to stay and fight. Perhaps, I fought to well, cause I had the whole place convinced into voting for CWA. But the suits called into my manager and she reluctantly and with tears in her eyes said she had no choice but to fire me.
I would much rather throw dirt and spit on a suit than a fellow tech. But, it seems we tech's like fighting amongst ourselves,
and I assure you that is just fine by the suits.
