We have some great opinions. Just remember if you are running a business and you have a bunch of repeats on the installs done by a bunch of Hacks, then you are better of replacing the hacks with in-house technicians who have been trained and understand how much it costs to send someone to the house twice let alone the customers view of what kind of company that you are representing and the fact that they can pick up the phone and get another provider. Now that most systems are going VOIP we only have one chance to make it right ( do it right the first time) as most customers already know how a phone is supposed to work, they pick it up and it has a dial tone. If not they can call the phone provider back just as quick to switch back. Go ahead and unionize dude and regret it later, hopefully you have seniority or you will just be another man at the bottom of the pole.
