My thought's concerning an organized workforce working either as an employee or a sub will never happen.
MSO's have contractor's beating the door's down for work. If by chance the contractors workforce organized, the internal administrative costs to comply with the labor agreement would leave contractor no other choice but to self terminate the project's contract.
If you are looking for union representation in your cable career try the MSO, it's the only sure bet you have, prime contractors are a dime a dozen.
