True......sad...but true...competition is too fierce to organize a Union for crying out loud...thats the fastest way to the unemployment lines and Blacklist in the Industry, no one has time for that kind of stuff, accept of coarse Union folks, they have 8 hrs, less two mandatory 15 minuet breaks, and a three Martini lunch to organize.....While we are way too busy working to build the infrastructure for more our amazing new products! ( CATV ROCKS) . Sorry Trey, I think you better go do work with one of the many Telcos out there and build FFTP, I hear they have lot of work, and most are already Union. BTW, I was forced to be Union at a job I had a long time ago, it was the worst place I ever worked, they took money from me in dues as well as in hours of pay, and we never got anything done because we were too busy clocking in and out for mandatory breaks right in the middle of whatever we were doing!
