if the union is not able to get rid of slackers,how exactly is this a win-win-win situation?
generaly there is a 3X write up in affect with all unions.
and the truth of it all ladies and gentlemen is this:
no employee may receive a repramand without union representaion.and what alot of you don't know is: if said employee is a union member the union fights harder for that employee's rights.and if not, well.... you get the picture. now management is suppose to take care of slackers how?
how does this help production? it doesn't.
because that employee, union or not still has two more times to screw up before termination. do the math, if you have 6 hacks taking out 4-6 jobs a day.
how much revenue is lost.
what does this do to a companies reputation?not to mention techs in general.
how many calls will be made to DTV or DISH or the Cable office.
now imagine this happening at a massive level. (every state)
what will that due to rates/ wages then ?
