then why doesn't the union place these workers in another plant that is /was hiring?
i've seen the ads for boeing hiring after a lay off.so why don't these possitions get filled by the laid off workers.
and yes learjet laid off this year that is niether misinformation or a half story.
and as far as the whole picture being seen, fine, let's take a look then. how many people here have ben in a union busting thier hump giving the job 110% then see the guy next to him/her kicking back and milking it yet getting the same pay?
this is what alot of people see.
or how about the guy who is an independent driver that sits at a loading dock waiting to get loaded and can't because the guy who runs the forklift is on break and nobody else is to do that job.
therefore making this driver loose money.
call ihese half stories if you want to. but these are not the first time any of us have heard these. now are they?
as i said before, on this issue we will alway agree to disagree.
