I've run into a few service calls with vod.

Some comments on one's I've actually fixed......

Return levels need to be good... most problems are along this line around here I'd say shoot for less than 55. Low downstream on ch. 2 seems to cause alot of problems too(not just vod).

Hbo traps seem to cause problems on some.

Remote issues can cause problems as well..
